Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3  business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• If we are experiencing high order volumes, processing times may be delayed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at sdhomedesign10@gmail.com
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or customs processing delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
